  • There is ample free, off-street parking. Park in the LOWER LEVEL parking lot (second lot on the left after turning onto the High St. ramp from Selle St./merging onto ramp from the North).

    From the lot, go between the brick buildings and enter up the wooden staircase.

  • Due to our location inside a historic building, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate wheelchairs at this time.

  • Children 12 - 18 are welcome with the accompaniment of an adult 18+. Children under 12 are not permitted nor can we accommodate strollers.

  • No. To preserve the nostalgic experience for everyone to enjoy for years to come, nothing in the exhibit or gallery is for sale, though we do have a gift shop full of awesome stuff made by local artists and makers!

    We also host quarterly Dead Media Markets where vendors sell a variety of all things analog and digital: VHS, Laserdisc, DVD, Vinyl, Cassette, CD, Video Games, and Collectibles. Check out our events page for more info.

  • Due to the fragile nature of the VHS tapes, they are only for exhibit.

  • No. Our gift shop and rental do not require purchase of admission and are open Thursdays and Fridays from 5:00pm - 8:00pm or during the times when there are active bookings.

    If just wanting to visit the gift shop, please call in advance to make sure we’re onsite.

  • To avoid overcrowding, timed ticket entry begins every hour. Please be prompt in arriving for your assigned ticket time to enjoy the full 60 minutes allotted for your party.

    Our helpful tour guides will be there to answer your questions and share with you all the behind-the-scenes secrets of the collection!

  • Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or reschedule.   • A membership is required to be able to rent DVD/Blu-rays. We offer three affordable tiers billed on a monthly/quarterly or annual basis.
